ePattern: after purchase, a link is sent to you to download the file, save it on your device and print as needed.
Paper pattern: we send it by post and charge a modest freight for any number of patterns.

For orders paid by credit card, the sending of the link to download the ePattern (in PDF) occurs immediately when the payment is processed and authorized, right after the order is finalized.

For payments with other means (Boletos, Pix, PayPal, Mercado Pago and PagSeguro) the sending of the link to download also occurs automatically. The difference is that the payment may take up to 3 business days (in the case of boletos) to be processed by payment institution. In the case of Pix, this release can take up to 1 hour, according to the rules of the Central Bank.

Paper patterns are posted in 7 days (max) after payment is confirmed. From then, It takes the time of Correios, which varies from region to region.

After payment is confirmed, an email is automatically sent with a link to download your ePattern (in PDF). If you can't find it in your inbox, please check your spam.

It is also possible to download directly from our site, entering your login and password, then accessing the downloads folder – Click Here to access.

Depending on your device model, even after having downloaded your PDF file for the epattern, it does not open automatically.
So, we kindly ask you go to your cell phone's download folder and open the file.
